“ It was slow probably because it was a week day and lunch. But it was nice. Needs aired out, stale cig smoke from when they did allow smoking. But our server Bambi was really sweet! I had a crispy chicken caesar salad and my hubby had French onion soup. We were never there before but will definitely visit again ”

“ Was in the area with a buddy of mine to pick up some farm equipment and we stopped in for lunch. Fell in love with the place. The place and the staff makes me wish I lived an hour closer. It has that old bar feel that I remember from long long ago. Staff seems down to earth and friendly our waitress seemed very cool and a bit snarky but in a very fun, playful kind of way that I really like. (Ill take a real person personality over a "professional" stuffed shirt anytime) Had the A1 cheese steak and Buttered Shrimp. was very very good. Buddy has a BLT and some sort of crab fries. He also enjoyed very much. Great tasting food, good people, and cold beer. What else could you want. Told my buddy to let me know if he was ever going back up that way again. Hell. I may even make the hour and a half trek by myself sometime just because. ”
“ Small old time Tavern. A bit pricey but the food is good everytime we stop. The last visit though they got me when I ordered the Cup of Chili for 9 and then was charged additional 1 for EACH topping including cheese, jalapeno slices, diced onion, ect. Ended up being a 14 cup of Chili!! And they charged an additional charge for my son's fountain drink refill. ”
